DMCA Policy for PLR Portal
1. Introduction
PLR Portal respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have adopted a policy that provides for the removal of content and the termination of repeat infringers.
2. Copyright Infringement Notification

4. Counter-Notice

- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content; and
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Jurisdiction], and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
5. Removal of Content and User Accounts
If a proper copyright infringement notification is received by the designated agent, it is our policy:
- To remove or disable access to the infringing material;
- To notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material; and
- That repeat offenders will have the infringing material removed from the system and that PLR Portal will terminate such content provider's, member's, or user's access to the service.
